Justice

Too often injustice is brought about by systems claiming to be for justice. They may not be a system of arbitration but rather a system built to to bring dominion over others enslaving people to the will of those in charge.

The party for amicable life view is that government should only exist to help people get along and therefore laws should reflect the goal of people getting along despite differing cultural and ethical beliefs.  It should be based more on arbitration and looking to educate people to provide reason for following rather than setting up consequences to try and fear people into following.

Punishment is not Justice in any way shape or form. The best chance to bring about justice is learning to work together rather than giving each other consequences for not following what ways we believe to be correct. Knowledge of why things are more or less desirable is much more likely to provide changes that will actually bring about justice. Education should be considered the core of any justice system, the teaching of why certain rules should be followed. If you can't decently educate why a rule or law should be followed then one might consider that the rule or law shouldn't exist.
